There is something very special about knowing that a piece of jewellery has been hand-made especially for you — not designed by computer, not cast from a mould, but forged, shaped and brought to life by skilled hands at a jeweller’s bench.
Jo Saxelby leads the award-winning team at To Hold & To Have, one of the very few remaining Australian jewellers still truly hand-making fine jewellery using traditional methods of forging, rolling, soldering and shaping precious metals.
Every consultation begins personally — over a hand sketch, a tea or coffee, and a genuine conversation about what you want to create and why.

We invite you to sit down with us to help you put your design ideas on paper, simply choose an available time and enter your details. We will help you articulate your thoughts, then hand sketch designs to allow you to visualise exactly what your next piece will look like and share a tea or coffee together.
